Job Summary
HR Advisor provides day-to-day HR support for employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and compliance. Works with front-line leaders and the Regional HRBP to support talent management and employee retention initiatives, coaches managers and staff, administers termination documentation, conducts investigations, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains state-specific reporting and leave/worker's compensation coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or 5 years of direct experience and other education commensurate with education requirement
- Four years of progressive HR Experience in employee relations. Multi state and IDD experience a plus
- Req. Certs Certification in human resources through SHRM or HRCI preferred.
