Job Summary
HR Advisor (6 month FTC) in London, supporting employee groups across the UK. Responsibilities include building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, providing high-quality HR guidance on employee relations and people matters, delivering performance management and talent reviews, partnering with People Operations on employment-law alignment, supporting graduate programmes and local learning initiatives, delivering HR insights and reporting, contributing to recruitment alongside Talent Acquisition, and supporting career development, promotions, and succession planning. The role reports to the Chief People Officer, collaborates with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of Learning & Development, and aims to strengthen the People offering across UK RES and Operations teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience operating at Senior HR Advisor or People Business Partner level
- Experience in a Professional Services environment (ideally Consultancy or Advisory)
- Experience supporting graduate programmes, preferably including ACA trainees
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Workable, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms
- Confident communicator able to engage and influence at all levels
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a client group independently
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience supporting change initiatives and people-related projects
- Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders when appropriate
