HR Adviseur

Advise managers on diverse HR challenges ranging from absenteeism and labor law to employment conditions and internal personnel regulations. Manage complex absentee case files from start to finish, ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and timely feedback to all stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and workflows by translating legal developments into practical policy improvements. Support audits, certifications, and compliance tasks by gathering information, conducting analyses, and applying relevant legislation to practice. This role involves approximately 32 to 40 hours per week with a hybrid schedule of 3 to 4 days in De Meern.
