Job Summary
Advise managers and employees on collective labor agreements, legal matters, and absenteeism policy while managing the full personnel and payroll administration. Draft employment contracts, study agreements, and contract renewals, handling related registrations with external parties, and ensure correct processing of all HR processes. Monitor the application of labor conditions and job classifications, and contribute to HR projects including training plans, working time law issues, and absenteeism management. Guide the full intake, transition, and exit flow of staff, overseeing sick leave progression and maintaining contact with external agencies like the labor service and pension administrators. Collaborate weekly with the HR Manager on current files and improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting van Human Resource Management (HRM)
- Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, zoals HR Professional, People & Culture Advisor of Personeel & Arbeid
- Kennis van arbeidsrecht, sociale wetgeving en HR-processen
- Ervaring met personeels- en salarisadministratie
- Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Een proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding
- Het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en overzicht te bewaren in een dynamische werkomgeving
