Job Summary
Execute full HR policy implementation and serve as the primary contact for staff, managers, and executive leadership on all HR matters. Manage personnel and payroll administration, guide absenteeism cases as the point of contact for the labor service, and maintain relationships with pension administrators, insurers, and payroll processors. Lead recruitment and selection processes, onboard new colleagues, and manage connections with recruitment partners. Handle various other routine HR tasks while acting as the Netherlands contact for Corporate HR within the GAC Group.
Required Qualifications
- Ruime ervaring in een allround HR-functie
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Actuele kennis van relevante arbeidswet- en regelgeving en ervaring met de toepassing hiervan
