Job Summary
Develop onboarding, development, and performance programs while advising leaders on talent, absenteeism, and performance issues. Facilitate customized training initiatives and actively contribute to HR process optimization, policy updates, and digital innovations including AI. Manage personnel files, draft employment contracts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy regulations. Translate insights on engagement and retention into concrete improvement actions. This role combines operational HR tasks with strategic advisory functions to drive employee and organizational growth within an innovative, international organization.
Required Qualifications
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in HRM, P&O of Bedrijfskunde
- Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in een brede HR-rol, met een sterke focus op Learning & Development
- Ervaring met organisatie-, team- en talentontwikkeling
- Kennis van arbeidsrecht, HR-processen en dossiervorming
- Een nauwkeurige werkwijze en oog voor detail
- Sterke communicatieve en adviesvaardigheden
- Analytisch vermogen en het talent om inzichten te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen
- Een proactieve, zelfstandige houding en de drive om continu te verbeteren
