Job Summary
HR Administration Specialist responsibilities include maintaining HR records and employee data in internal systems, submitting registrations/deregistrations to authorities, coordinating temporary residence/work permits for foreign employees in Serbia and visa arrangements for Serbian employees working abroad, drafting/updating internal documents and policies, coordinating international business travel and training programs, executing HR tasks per legal regulations and company standards, handling onboarding documentation, and preparing employment contracts and amendments. Required: university degree (VI–VII level) in Economics/Business Administration or related field, at least 3 years in HR administration, strong labor-law knowledge, advanced Excel, SAP experience, fluent English, and strong organizational skills with discretion.
Required Qualifications
- University degree (VI–VII level) preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR administration or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR administrative processes
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with SAP
- Fluent English
