Job Summary
HR Administrator role to support day-to-day HR administrative functions, manage the onboarding and offboarding process from start to finish, ensure all employee documentation is maintained within the HRIS system, and provide administrative support for various HR functions. Responsibilities include coordinating pre-employment requirements (background checks, drug screens, MVRs), entering and maintaining employee information in the HRIS, coordinating new hire orientation, auditing employee records for accuracy and compliance, handling termination paperwork, and supporting HR projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information professionally. Requires ability to sit at a computer, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively; location is Raleigh, NC with a hybrid remote option (one day remote per week after 90 days).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems
