Job Summary
Administer human resource plans, procedures, and the compensation program while monitoring performance evaluations. Conduct recruitment for exempt and non-exempt employees, handle on-boarding, and perform benefit administration at the site level. Process payroll by compiling, checking, and transmitting records, maintaining personnel files, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Maintain human resources information systems records, compile reports, and assist with employee relations and departmental evaluations. Work in a normal office environment with occasional weekend or evening shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1 plus year experience in Human Resources or equivalent degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions

- Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word
