Job Summary

HR Administrator will manage the HR lifecycle for Try It Beverage employees, including onboarding (I-9, payroll via Paycom, benefits enrollment), leave administration, benefits/Billing audits, 401k/HSA contributions, garnishments, unemployment claims, and HIPAA-compliant record-keeping. The role supports HR policy interpretation, onboarding coordination with managers, benefit enrollments, COBRA processing, OSS compliance, and training coordination (NYS Harassment, Reasonable Suspicion, and others). Proficiency with Paycom, HRIS, and regulatory requirements (FLSA, NYS wage and hour, NYS Human Rights, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA, ERISA, NLRA) is required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and strong communication skills are needed. The work is in-office at Lancaster, NY with standard indoor office environment; candidate must be able to sit, use hands, and lift up to 20 pounds. Equal opportunity employer.

Required Qualifications
