Job Summary
Administer the Paylocity HRIS system while ensuring data accuracy and streamlining HR processes. Responsibilities include managing employee records, auditing the system, creating reports, troubleshooting issues, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining HR compliance, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of HR administration experience, specifically with HRIS systems. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration, with specific expertise in HRIS systems (Paylocity experience required)
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and compliance
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
