Job Summary
HR Administrator at Nox Group: manage HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries; gather information for verifications and wage/unemployment requests; assist with benefits administration and onboarding; maintain HRIS records and QA/QC; support HR audits and various HR projects; generate reports and assist with SOPs and process documentation; ensure policy guidance and confidentiality; bilingual Spanish/English preferred; requires Excel proficiency and at least 1 year of HR experience (construction experience preferred) with a bachelor’s degree preferred; safety-sensitive position with drug tests and background checks.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of HR experience, preferably in construction
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience with HRIS and HR audits
- Ability to assist with onboarding, benefits administration, and HR policy guidance
