Job Summary
HR Administrator role at Edmonton Corporate Office focusing on data entry and document management to support HR operations. Responsibilities include timely and accurate entry of employee lifecycle data in the HRIS (Workday), reviewing incoming personnel paperwork for errors, drafting correspondence and policy documents, building HR materials and templates to improve efficiency, assisting with audits and data outputs, and collaborating with the HR team on process improvements. Strong emphasis on confidentiality, attention to detail, organization, time management, and professional communication within a fast-paced environment. Flexible, hybrid work arrangements available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma minimum; post-secondary education in HR asset
- Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday, is an asset
- 1-3 years HR data entry experience desired
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to pass a basic criminal record check
- Reliable transportation to commute to/from work
