Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources is an asset; high school diploma required at minimum
- 1–3 years of HR data entry or HR administration experience
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is a strong asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Must be able to pass a basic criminal record check
- Discreet and professional handling of confidential information
- Detail-obsessed and highly organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
- Collaborative team player, capable of independent work
