HR Administrator role (maternity cover) for HR Path in Southampton focusing on delivering administrative HR support across multiple clients. Responsibilities include onboarding new employees using HRIS (issuing offers and contracts), ensuring background checks via a third-party screening company, preparing and issuing documents such as contract variations and leaver letters, running payroll change reports, providing references for ex-employees and new joiners, auditing HR data for accuracy, answering client inquiries by phone, and supporting the HR team with ad-hoc tasks. The role requires maintaining accurate HR data, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and contributing to a collaborative, detail-oriented HR team. The package includes salary £23,000-£25,000 depending on experience, flexible working with partly remote days, potential pension enrollment after probation, 25 days holiday (plus 5 optional), and on-site parking, based in Southampton with UK-wide applicability through an outsourced HR provider.
