Job Summary

HR Administrator provides administrative support to the HR department, including invoicing, dependent verifications, COBRA processing, handling information requests, and assisting the Sr. HR Project Manager with calendaring, meeting agendas/minutes, and HR initiatives; handles customer service for employee inquiries, maintains confidentiality, assists with HR sub-functions, and processes changes to employee records and documentation in payroll systems; requires strong MS PowerPoint skills and familiarity with UltiPro HRIS and Concur; emphasizes discretion and detail-oriented, multitasking capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in Human Resources strongly preferred
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Power Point required
  • Experience with UltiPro HRIS and Concur systems a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Must be able to handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail
