Job Summary

HR Administration Specialist to support the plant in Prešov and ensure smooth delivery of HR services. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day HR administration, coordinating with HR, Payroll, Back Office teams and external partners, handling employee lifecycle processes (hiring, changes, terminations), responding to employee and manager queries, preparing and calculating bonus data for Payroll, acting as main contact for social and health insurance matters, supporting audits and ensuring compliance with local legislation, maintaining accurate HR records and reporting, and contributing to regional HR projects within the EMEA organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior HR administrative experience - 4-5 Years
  • Experience with HR Admin tools and systems
  • Proven experience in T&A and Benefits management
