Job Summary

HR Administrator responsible for end-to-end people operations in Howden Australia, including recruitment and induction, employee relations, reward, learning & development, risk & compliance, medicals coordination, and general HR administration. Core duties include facilitating recruitment, preparing interview materials, administering psychometric testing and offers, inducting new hires, liaising with labour hire for casual staff, advising on entitlements and employment conditions, supporting salary benchmarking and incentive programs, coordinating training and development, coordinating performance appraisals, maintaining HR data in HRIS, drafting monthly HR reports, ensuring compliance with Australian employment law, and supporting global HR initiatives. Requires 2-3 years HR experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and confidential information. Desirable: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources.
