Job Summary
HR Administrator to support the full employee lifecycle in the Netherlands (Arnhem). Part-time (32 hours/week) with a 7-month fixed-term contract and potential conversion to permanent. Responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding, recruitment coordination, maintaining HR data in Workday/SharePoint, managing benefits and leave policies, handling training administration, preparing HR reports, and contributing to process improvements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher, 3+ years of HR operations/administration experience in the Netherlands, strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws and CAO, proficiency with Workday/SharePoint, and English fluency (Dutch/Spanish a plus). No visa sponsorship; valid Dutch work permit required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws, including employment contracts, leave management, and sick leave regulations
- Familiarity with CAO (Collective Labour Agreement) and its practical application
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of the Microsoft office tool is required
- Experience with HR systems; Workday experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of SharePoint is plus
- Experience in employee relations and HR service delivery
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Dutch or Spanish is a plus
- 3+ years of HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Assistant experience in the Netherlands
