HR Administrator - 6 Month FTC

Job Summary
HR Administrator to join on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will manage the HR inbox, maintain accurate employee records, audit data in systems, monitor right-to-work checks, and assist with onboarding of new starters. You’ll support the wider HR function including learning & development and resourcing, liaise with payroll for pay changes and benefits administration, and uphold employment legislation compliance. Strong administration, attention to detail, excellent communication, and confidentiality are essential; CIPD Level 3 (or progress toward) and experience with HR systems are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a HR administrator
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
- Ideally CIPD Level 3 (or working toward)
- Experience working with HR systems
