Job Summary
HR Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to the HR department, including organizing new employee onboarding, conducting phone screens and interviews, partnering with hiring managers, managing HR paperwork, assisting with open enrollment, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and updating HR databases. The role also assists with miscellaneous accounting tasks (accounts payable invoices, customer invoices), inputting customer sales orders and print work orders as backup, arranging travel and accommodations, and producing letters, memoranda, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes. Candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and cross-department coordination on projects.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree required
- 1 year HR experience
- 2 years recruitment experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) experience
- data entry experience
- ability to manage confidential information
- excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- business English knowledge (punctuation, spelling, grammar)
- task-oriented with strong prioritization, logic and objectivity
