Job Summary
Provide HR and administrative support including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, contracts, renewals, amendments, and employee separation processes. Ensure contracts are signed, distributed, archived, and renewed or terminated in a timely manner with 30 days notice before expiry. Maintain staff leave balances, attendance records, and monthly timesheets; support monthly payroll preparation and serve as a payroll backup. Process statutory payments and reporting requirements (payroll taxes and social security) in coordination with Finance. Maintain benefits, leave accruals, and end-of-service liabilities with reconciliation to Finance. Coordinate staff performance reviews, training activities, and employee development. Advise on HR policies, procedures, contracts, leave, and other employment matters; ensure compliance with NPA policies, the NPA QMS, and Yemeni labor laws. Act as the focal point for routine HR operations during the absence of the HR Officer to ensure continuity. Perform any other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
