Job Summary
Administrative Assistant to the Human Resources department performing calendar management, meeting coordination, filing, ordering of supplies, and support for audits and standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, maintaining filing systems (electronic and paper), assisting with employee engagement events, and collaborating with other administrative staff. Requires strong verbal and written communication, ability to work independently and in a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred; leadership experience is a plus.

- Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- High School Diploma Required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications with the ability to quickly learn various other software applications
- Ability to work independently and within in a team
