HR Administration Specialist

Job Summary
Prepare and update employee records while managing time management and supporting HR procedures for creating or updating data. Cooperate with compensation and benefits suppliers including Medicover, Warta, Multisport, and PPK, alongside the payroll external service provider. Improve workflows on newly implemented tools such as Workday and Enova, and handle other assigned duties from the HR area. Requires at least two years of relevant HR experience, knowledge of labour law, and strong communication skills in Polish and English. Based in Miele's family-owned culture across 50 global locations.
Required Qualifications
