HR Administration Specialist

Job Summary

Receive, log, and resolve HR policy and process queries, escalating complex questions as appropriate. Manage all HR cases within agreed service levels, administer onboarding including offer letters and induction sessions, and process contractual changes such as department moves and secondments. Maintain accurate employee records in Workday, coordinate family leave requests, and monitor data quality through monthly audits and cyclical reports. Support annual performance appraisals, manage employee exits, and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure HR templates and guidance materials are accurate and regularly updated.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1+ year of professional experience in HR administration
  • Fluent English
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and procedures
  • Proven ability to apply HR processes, policies, and procedures accurately
  • Background in delivering customer-focused support
  • Demonstrated professionalism and resilience when handling sensitive or complex queries
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills (including mail merges, v-lookups, and other Excel functions)
  • Confidence in learning new technologies quickly

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred experience with HR systems such as Workday, Neocase, or iTrent
