Proficiency with SuccessFactors is a plus, and the role emphasizes confidentiality, data governance, analytics, and personnel administration within an equal opportunity workplace, based in Porto, Portugal.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology or Business Administration
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles (HR officer, HR coordinator, etc)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Good English level
  • Good organizational skills; able to manage priorities
