HR Administration Officer - French Speaker

Job Summary
HR Administration Officer handles transactional HR activities across the full employee lifecycle (from Hiring to Termination), maintains accurate employee records in HRIS/SAP SuccessFactors, organizes onboarding, supports HR Business Partners with data entries, ensures data quality, and handles internal/external HR inquiries; requires a Bachelor or Master’s in HR/ Psychology/Business Administration, 0-3 years HR experience, strong communication, and English proficiency. Proficiency with SuccessFactors is a plus, and the role emphasizes confidentiality, data governance, analytics, and personnel administration within an equal opportunity workplace, based in Porto, Portugal.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology or Business Administration
- 0 to 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles (HR officer, HR coordinator, etc)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus (not mandatory)
- Good English level
- Good organizational skills; able to manage priorities
