HR/Admin Manager

Job Summary
HR/Admin Manager responsible for end-to-end human resources and administration functions. Oversees recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, payroll data submission, and benefits coordination. Develops and implements HR policies, maintains accurate employee records, manages HRIS operations, and leads training, disciplinary frameworks, and regulatory compliance. Manages facilities, procurement, travel, safety, and document management while liaising with leadership on workforce planning, engagement, and organizational development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience at a Manager level
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and collaboration platforms (Google Documents)
- Experience with Management Information System administration
- Attention to detail
