Job Summary
Lead end-to-end HR operations and office administration for assigned business units in China; act as HR Business Partner, drive workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations; localize enterprise initiatives, manage compensation and benefits design under Corporate HR; supervise office facilities, vendor management, and compliance with PRC labor laws; require strong business acumen, leadership in a matrix organization, English and Mandarin fluency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–10 years of HR experience
- HR Business Partner experience
- Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese required
