Job Summary
HR & Admin Executive responsible for end-to-end office administration, facilities management, employee lifecycle coordination, vendor relations, and HR operations. Drives workplace efficiency, oversees office services, procurement, asset/inventory management, and maintenance. Coordinates employee travel, events, and engagement initiatives; manages onboarding/offboarding processes, documentation, system access, and HR records. Requires delivery-focused, detail-oriented professional with experience in HR operations, vendor management, payroll support, attendance, and HRMS platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, Administration, Workplace Management, or Office Operations
- Experience with HRMS platforms (Keka, Zoho People, Darwinbox, GreytHR, or similar)
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage onboarding/offboarding processes and employee records
- Attendance, payroll support, and compliance experience
