Job Summary
Detail-oriented HR/Admin Assistant to support our people operations in Westminster, CO, working with the HR team in Maryland. Responsibilities include onboarding employees, monitoring company policies and compliance, recruiting support (posting positions, sourcing candidates, evaluating and processing applicants, scheduling interviews, references), employee engagement and development administration, benefits administration, travel bookings, and creating reports within the HR/Admin team. Reports to the VP of HR in Maryland; in-office/on-site role.
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with recruiting and using ATS
- Experience with HRIS system
- Experience with benefits administration
- Experience with onboarding new employees
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws/regulations (labor laws, FMLA/FAMLI, Paid Leave, ACA, Title VII, unemployment) a plus
