Job Summary
Temporary contract HR Admin Assistant responsible for driving HR operational excellence across processes, systems, and the workforce lifecycle. Core duties include onboarding and offboarding, benefits and leave administration, HR compliance and risk management, HR data integrity in HRIS, data quality audits, SOP development and standardization of HR reporting, cross-functional collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Business Partners, IT, and managers, and supporting special projects to deliver timely, on-budget outcomes. Requires on-site work at the Bothell, WA office and proficiency with HRIS tools, Excel, and HR regulatory knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field or equivalent years of work experience
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience
- Ability to work onsite at Bothell office 5 days per week
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., ADP, SAP Success Factors, Replicon)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions (pivot tables, lookup, data analysis)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, PFML)
