Job Summary
HR Admin position supporting HR processes (onboarding/offboarding, recruitment coordination, handling applications, creating interim/employment documents, general correspondence, reception support, HRIS maintenance) within Hamilton Bonaduz AG's Shared Services. Requires completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent, 2-3 years of experience, strong German and good English (B2), proficient MS Office, and experience with Workday is an advantage. Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding support, recruitment process administration (posting roles, coordinating interviews, screening applications), generating interim/work references and correspondences, receptionist support at Bonaduz and Domat/Ems, maintaining HR information systems and electronic personnel files, handling various administrative tasks, and contributing to internal projects.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
- Stilsicher in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
- Versierte MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit Workday von Vorteil
