Job Summary
Hands-on HR & Accounts Executive to support daily HR, finance, and office operations in a fast-paced professional services environment. Responsibilities include HR administration (recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding/offboarding, employee records, attendance/leave), preparing employment contracts and HR letters, processing monthly payroll and CPF contributions, handling commissions and reimbursements, basic bookkeeping (data entry, invoicing, AR follow-up), supporting month-end close with external accountants, and coordinating office administration (supplies, mail, facilities, new-hire IT setup). Requires a Diploma or Degree in a related field and 1–3 years of relevant experience; bilingual Mandarin Chinese proficiency preferred for regional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, accounts, finance, administration, or office operations
- Basic knowledge of Singapore employment and statutory requirements, including MOM, CPF, and IRAS
- Basic accounting knowledge, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, expense processing, and financial document control
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR or accounting systems a plus
- Able to read, write, and speak Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts and stakeholders across regions
- Organised, meticulous, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Hands-on, proactive, reliable, and willing to learn across HR, finance, and business operations
