Job Summary
Manage product installation upgrades and oversee rapid division operations within KLA Services, focusing on maintaining high performance and productivity of semiconductor manufacturing tools. Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization to execute service projects, requiring strong scheduling, resource, and asset management skills. Drive actions from large data sets to identify and improve tool performance, tackling complex problems with creative solutions under stringent timelines. Requires 5 years of related experience servicing semiconductor equipment and the ability to travel domestically and internationally at least 15%.

- Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines
- Associates Degree or 5 years of related experience
- Experience with servicing or manufacturing semiconductor equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills to be able to pull a large amount data together and drive actions from this data
- Must be able to travel domestic and internationally at least 15%
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree
- Project management experience
- Experience servicing semiconductor capital equipment. Optical and electro mechanical sub systems with high precision requirement
- Knowledge and experience in Semiconductor (experience in a wafer Fab environment in integration, photolithography specifically steppers or Metrology Management is an advantage)
