Job Summary
Coordinate global product installations by scheduling engineers, managing site preparation, and tracking assets from shipment to warranty start. Lead installation teams to ensure on-time upgrades meet customer production objectives while validating system performance and transferring tool responsibility. Collaborate with field teams, product support, and manufacturing operations to drive escalations and maintain operational quality. Manage installation escalations and ensure timely warranty starts to maximize customer satisfaction. Requires 5+ years of experience servicing semiconductor equipment and ability to travel 15% domestically and internationally.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or 5 years of related experience
- Experience with servicing or manufacturing equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to travel domestic and internationally at least 15%
- Semiconductor industry process knowledge required to take the KLA class for Introduction to semiconductor processes
- Good interpersonal/communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree
- Project management experience
- Experience servicing semiconductor capital equipment
- Knowledge and experience in Semiconductor (experience in a wafer Fab environment in integration, photolithography specifically steppers or Metrology Management is an advantage)
