Job Summary
Coordinate global product installations and upgrades by scheduling and deploying Installation Engineers while managing assets from shipment to warranty start. Lead a team of Installation Engineers to ensure high-quality, on-time deliveries that meet customer production objectives. Collaborate with field teams, Product Support, and Manufacturing Operations to drive installation escalations and validate new tool performance. Manage site preparation and operational quality assurance for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Travel domestically and internationally at least 15% to support worldwide customer locations.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- 5 years of related experience
- Experience with servicing or manufacturing equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to travel domestic and internationally at least 15%
- Semiconductor industry process knowledge required to take the KLA class for Introduction to semiconductor processes
- Good interpersonal/communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree
- Project management experience
- Experience servicing semiconductor capital equipment
- Knowledge and experience in Semiconductor
- Experience in a wafer Fab environment in integration
- Experience in photolithography specifically steppers
- Metrology Management
