Job Summary
HPRC Brand Lead at Boehringer Ingelheim is a senior strategic partner and primary liaison for assigned brand(s) within the Review Committee process. Responsibilities include facilitating review and approval of content across Advertising and Promotion, Scientific Exchange, Payor Communications, Disease State Education, and Company Communications; coordinating with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and external agencies; ensuring alignment with brand plans, FDA first-use submission timing, and applicable regulatory systems; leading cross-functional collaboration across Asset, Field-Based Medicine, and corporate teams; and driving continuous improvement of the Review Committee process. The role requires strategic leadership, agency management, facilitation of Review Committee meetings, and ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and high-quality materials prior to publication. The position is based on-site in Ridgefield, CT with hybrid flexibility (2-3 days on-site per week). A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with minimum 4 years in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Medicine, Sales, Editorial, or Agency environments and demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills. Eligible candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction and be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical if required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 7 years of progressive experience in the Pharmaceutical Review Committee of Promotional or Scientific Communications
