Job Summary
HPP Machine Operator needed to set up, startup, and operate multiple pieces of equipment for processing and packaging pet food. Responsibilities include performing period checks, solving equipment problems, ensuring high-quality production with minimal downtime, completing daily paperwork, and conducting safety/quality checks. Must communicate with team, support continuous improvement, and work in a manufacturing environment with temperatures of 30-45°F. Requires strong GMP/SSOP/HACCP knowledge, ability to read documents, read and interpret paperwork, lifting up to 50 lbs, and at least 1 year of machine-operator experience. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a machine operator
- Strong understanding of food safety including GMPs, SSOPs and HACCP
- Ability to operate machinery
- Ability to troubleshoot machine issues

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
