Job Summary
HPP Green Days Machine Operator (6:00AM - 6:30PM) at LiDestri Foods in Rochester, NY. Safely operate machinery with maximum efficiency while maintaining product quality and adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include machine setup, operation, changeovers, troubleshooting, defect detection, maintaining GMP standards, performing SOPs for equipment, cross-training, proper material handling into work orders, and reporting food safety and quality issues. Required Qualifications
