Job Summary
Conduct analytical support for biotherapeutic process development teams, focusing on large molecules including proteins and nucleic acids. Operate HPLC and SEC techniques, perform small-volume multichannel pipetting and plate-based assays, and execute gel-based assays such as SDS-PAGE and AGE. Maintain electronic laboratory notebook systems and GMP documentation practices using Empower or OpenLabs Software. Work full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm in a diverse team advancing pharmaceutical research. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Experience with HPLC
- Experience with SEC
- Experience with Western Blotting
- Experience with SOLO VPE
- Experience with pH Appearance
- Experience with SDS Page AGE
- Experience with CGE
- Experience with gel-based assay
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Biological or Chemical Science

- Experience with protein immunoblotting technology
