Job Summary
Conduct pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products, applications, and solutions. Gain understanding of customer business and analyze customer system and product needs to provide solutions for advanced technical projects or business issues. Serve as an in-house expert on specific technologies, determining and developing approaches to solve functional area related issues. Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals while influencing others regarding policies, practices, and procedures. Requires a four-year college degree, minimum eight years of functional experience including five years position-specific experience, and recognized subject matter expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Recognized subject matter expert with specialized knowledge in the function
- Manages large projects or processes
- Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals
- Complete understanding and wide application of advanced technical principles, theories and concepts in a specialized field
- Possess broad knowledge of professional field and other related functions
- Possess the strongest of skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience
- Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field)
- Minimum 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience
