Job Summary
Public Cybersecurity Sales Specialist for Germany focused on top public accounts. Drives a defined security sales pipeline across HPE Security Platforms (secure SD-WAN, SSE, Zero Trust, Hybrid-mesh firewall). Collaborates with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, qualify opportunities, and close complex cybersecurity deals. Establishes senior-level relationships with customers and partners, coordinates with internal teams and channels to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction. Requires university degree or equivalent, 8+ years in software/services sales, 3–5 years cybersecurity sales in the public sector, strong consultative and enterprise selling skills, MEDDPICC and Salesforce experience, and fluency in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent qualification
- >8 years working experience in a sales environment selling high value software and services
- 3-5 years of cybersecurity-specific sales experience
- Substantial experience in public sales and understanding the public market segment
- Expert know-how in cybersecurity solutions and market positioning
- Strong consultative and enterprise selling skills
- Strong knowledge of deal/project management, business planning, execution and control
- German language (native) and English language proficiency
