Job Summary
Manage a team of sales professionals and generate inside selling activity while maintaining customer relationships and developing new business opportunities. Set organizational direction, prioritize work, and coach direct reports to achieve objectives and grow talent within the organization. Create strategic business plans aligned with documented Business Unit objectives, manage team performance, and advise senior management on broad technical and strategic matters. Work hybrid, averaging two days per week from an HPE office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent work experience
- May hold master's or advanced degree in related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 5 years of sales management experience
