Job Summary
As an Operations Project Manager at HPE, you will lead operational tasks within customer-specific maintenance teams and oversee the quality and structure delivery, ensuring IT service stability. The role includes being the main communication channel with the customer and managing escalation responses during critical incidents, along with supporting system implementations from an operational perspective.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT technical experience in system building, maintenance, and operations management
- Experience as a leader or sub-leader in an operational maintenance team
- Knowledge and practical experience in project management
- Ability to proactively plan, coordinate, and execute solutions to arising issues with teams and partner companies
- Ability to create documentation utilized in operational maintenance teams and customer reporting
- Basic knowledge and experience in infrastructure including Server, Network, Storage, OS
Desired Qualifications
- Mission-critical system operation skills
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Product knowledge of operational tools using OSS products
- English communication skills
- Security-related knowledge
