HPC SoC Test Engineer

Conduct product testing for automotive SoC (3nm/7nm) including LSI characteristic verification, test specification design, and validation. Develop test programs and fixtures using LSI testers for pre-shipment selection through mass production and product evaluation. Manage post-mass production test development from planning to execution, and select, establish, and coordinate with OSATs to ensure automotive quality. Compile product results and lead initiatives to improve quality, cost, and productivity. Requires 3+ years in semiconductor evaluation or LSI tester usage, native Japanese, and English communication skills. Full-time role with hybrid work model (2 days remote, Tues–Thurs in-office).
