Job Summary
Conduct technical support and deliver comprehensive technical information for semiconductor products and MCUs to customers, business partners, and internal teams. Implement training and workshops while collaborating with key customers to drive market introduction of Renesas MCU products. Deepen technical understanding of automotive systems to enhance customer support and support technical requirements in new product development through coordination with marketing, sales, FAE, and device design teams. Investigate new technology trends to provide feedback for next-generation product development and create technical documentation and application notes. Handle outbound meetings with customers and business partners, and participate in conferences and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- MCUを用いた電子制御開発経験(ハード/ソフト) もしくは車載分野における顧客またはアプリケーションに関する業務経験
- 各種技術課題の分析、課題解決能力
- チームワークを重視し、グローバル環境で業務を進めるコミュニケーション力
- 日本語での業務遂行
Desired Qualifications
- OEM、Tier1における電子制御開発経験(ハード/ソフト)
- 組込システムにおけるハード・ソフト開発・評価の実務経験
- 電気工学、コンピュータ工学、またはコンピュータサイエンス分野の学士号を有し、5年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方
- 修士号を有し、3年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方
- ビジネス英語によるコミュニケーション能力
- 主体的に行動し、不確実性のある状況にも柔軟に対応できる方
- 一般的なPCツール(MS Office等)の操作スキル
