Job Summary
HPC On-site Hardware Break-fix Technician in Irvine, CA. Responsible for logging, addressing and resolving hardware issues on the customer site, owning the repair case through to resolution, and collaborating with the customer, site team, and remote HPE teams. Requires experience with hardware repairs and part replacements, strong problem-solving and communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and willingness to travel occasionally. Duties include opening/updating Salesforce tickets, monitoring cases, diagnosing hardware faults, performing break-fix repairs, and maintaining logs for monthly reviews. Minimum 3-5 years of technical experience with a BA/BS or equivalent degree in computer science or related field; large-scale data center or HPC experience is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related field; 3-5 years technical experience; experience installing, troubleshooting and supporting enterprise-level servers, storage, and networking equipment; HPC or large-scale data center experience is a plus; US citizenship required for site access; ability to work 8-5 with potential evenings/weekends; willingness for occasional travel
