HPC Automotive MCU Test Engineer

Job Summary
Design and develop test programs for automotive MCUs using LSI testers, evaluating product characteristics and maintaining mass production specifications. Execute test design and development for 28nm/20nm nodes while managing mass production setup and specification improvements. Conduct debugging and analysis to drive product enhancements based on evaluation results. This role supports the mass production phase of Renesas's automotive MCU portfolio, focusing on maintaining quality and reducing costs as process nodes shrink. Candidates will engage in full-cycle test development, leveraging experience with semiconductor evaluation and programming in C or C++.
Required Qualifications
- 半導体製品(デジタル/アナログ)の評価、または LSI テスタを用いた業務経験
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル
- 英語：コミュニケーションレベル

- 半導体製品の特性評価を行い、結果から改善のための調査や考察ができる
