Job Summary
HPC AI GTM Category manager leads strategic sales efforts for HPC/AI solutions, coaching and developing a high-performing sales team, driving end-to-end sales process, and partnering with stakeholders to maximize customer success. Builds executive-level relationships with customers and partners, crafts compelling value propositions, develops and deploys sales strategies, and guides teams through complex, multi-country deals while maintaining integrity and a hunting mindset. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, customer intimacy, cross-functional collaboration, and strong knowledge of IT industry trends, pricing strategies, and opportunity management to win deals and grow the business.
Required Qualifications
- University or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- 10-15 years’ experience in sales
- 5+ years’ experience managing high performing sales teams preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in project management
