HPC&AI EMEA FINANCE LEAD

Job Summary
Conduct complex financial analysis and forecasting for global HPC&AI EMEA operations, partnering with business leaders to secure optimal capital strategies and drive cross-business initiatives. Gather financial data to generate profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports that influence strategic decision-making, while ensuring adherence to GAAP and strong business controls. Lead and advise on complex business initiatives, typically managing several analysts across multiple geographies, and drive process improvement and policy development globally. Provide mentoring to lower-level employees and represent the business unit during cross-regional planning processes. This hybrid role requires two days per week in an HPE office and supports the company's edge-to-cloud transformation.
Required Qualifications
- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics
- Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst
- Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Excellent analytical skills
- Superior business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
